Had a great experience
Had a great experience at The Motor Group today, Asif was fantastic in helping me purchase my new car, very informative and caring. Gave great relief and helped with any doubts I had. Would highly recommend him and The Motor Group. Will be a repeat customer, thanks again!
Would I come back? YES!!!
Came to the store from London couple days ago, Long drive.... but when I arrived the staff made me feel welcome, Gave me information about the cars that they had in the store and allowed me to walk around the site and look around.. I found a vehicle that I liked and was able to test drive it. I decided to buy it after asking questions about it and the sale assistant David was very helpful. When I returned back to complete paperwork, David was brilliant.. He explain things to me from start to finish and was mindful of where I travelled from and got all the paperwork sorted..
I then came to pick up my vehicle todayand was seen by Asif, who was very helpful and explained to me the final part of the paperwork I had to sign, very knowledgeable of information and very polite. The team as a whole if am honest was welcoming which is a credit to the store. They called me before pick up to make sure everything was okay and car was all ready for me to pick up. Great team, very good service.

Really helpful
Really pleased with the service we had yesterday to buy our new car!! We arrived late in the evening after work, and Asif and Dave help us to sort all the paperwork so we could take the car with us the same evening! Found them really helpful and friendly and they didnt mind to stay until late to arrange everything! All done in very good manner, well explained! Will come back in the future!

Welcomed and warm
Went there to buy my fiat 500 - drives great and it was £3k and got it down to 2.6k. Great customer service. I felt so welcomed and warm. Thanks for the chaii tea. Will be recommending this to friends and family.

Overall amazing experience
An overall amazing experience! Nice showroom & great sales staff. I can’t recommend Asif enough, he was extremely patient whilst I was getting my daughters insurance. Nice team of people who aren’t all about the money... The polo I purchased was good value for money and drives excellent. Thanks :)

Easy and enjoyable
The best service I have received when buying a car. There was no pressure from any of the staff and as soon as you walk in you are welcomed into a friendly environment . All the staff I have dealt with have been professional and really helpful. With Asif and his friendly welcome constantly checking If you would like a drink or anything to David who took me out on the test drive and answered all the questions I had and made me feel so at ease. Then Asif who was brilliant, he kept me up to date with the whole process and was in contact throughout making sure I was always aware of what was going on. Then finally when I came to collect the car David was very efficient and helpful going through the last stages of the paperwork. I've bought many cars from other stores and dealers and never received the top quality service I have here. I would definitely come back and recommend anyone else considering it to do the same.
Once you step in to the store you feel so relaxed and at home and know there are people there who genuinely want to help you. Thank you to The Motor Group team for making my time there so easy and enjoyable.

A great company
A great company and David is a credit to their sales team. I was able to take my time even though it was Christmas Eve and they were closing earlier than expected. The previous vehicle I owned was taken in at a very fair price, my needs were met and I couldn’t be happier with my new car!

Relaxed approach
Relaxed approach, nice cars that are affordable and a helpful sales team. I had a good experience. Waited a week to write this review to see if the car drove well with no underlying problems and it’s a lot better than I expected for a used car. Thanks The Motor Group!
